Australia and New Zealand appear in Lonely Planet’s lists yet again this year! The three ‘Best in Travel’ top ten lists, showcase countries, cities and regions around the world for travellers to visit. For 2016, Australia and New Zealand have managed to win one place in each list.
Australia features 6th in the top ten countries to visit; while the city of Fremantle in Western Australia reaching 7th place in the top ten cities. Australia’s many wilderness areas and natural wonders win over the list’s authors, while the city of Fremantle’s historic building and artsy vibe are also attractive.
