Scholarships for automotive students enrolling at Kangan Institute
Kangan Institute is offering a semester’s scholarship to students enrolling in the two-year automotive package at their Automotive Centre of Excellence in Bendigo. Winners of the scholarships will receive an AU$8000 fee discount in their final semester.
The two-year automotive package at Kangan includes: Certificate III in Light Vehicle; Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis; and the Diploma of Automotive Technology.

Studied locksmithing at Melbourne Polytechnic
After a career in a different industry for ten years, Daniel decided it was time to try a different path – locksmithing.
“I’d already had a few different careers and I was a mature-age student, so I wanted to try something different. Locksmithing appealed to me.” Daniel found the course to be an extremely positive experience. “My teachers were really good, really interested in us.They pushed us hard and it’s a really good syllabus. Locksmiths trained by NMIT are highly regarded around the world.” Daniel has subsequently gone on to win a Master Locksmithers Award.
